The Three HAGS:
Jacqueline, Jackie, Thalia

I've been working for some time on a new version of my multi-media novel, HAG--turning it into a proper DVD. And of course, I am adding new work using my wife and her two daughters, Jackie and Thalia (who recently turned 18). The other day we shot a new sequence of video, the three of them playing versions of the HAG herself, and I used the occasion to take some photos, too.

The HAG is a mysterious figure, both muse and witch, beautiful and ugly, vicious and bountiful. She requires a certain complexity on the part of her portrayer, and the three ladies did marvelously well, even Thalia, in her first experience as model and actress. We will be showing more work soon, perhaps even some short segments of video, as the work progresses....
